Increate Foundation, our in-house NGO, is a Section 8 Company.
It serves as Increate’s own vehicle for direct contribution to the Social Sector.
Increate Foundation was incorporated to work for the benefit of the under-privileged in the Indian Society. Its mission, thus,
is to enhance the level of inclusion in the society. As a part of this larger mission, four specific areas (“SEWA Areas”) have been identified as areas of focus- Specially abled, Education, Women, and Aspirant under-privileged of any other category
The Foundation is registered under Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
It has received approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in respect of donations that will be received by the Company.
Vishwas Gore and Milind Sarwate are the directors of Increate Foundation.

He brings long and rich experience in the social sector- an immense value as a Director.
Milind Sarwate, Founder & CEO of Increate is an Advisor, Mentor, Independent Director, & Social Contributor.
He provides advice & mentorship in value creation, effective governance, and capability building,
leveraging his 38-year experience including long stints as CFO and CHRO in Marico & Godrej.
